"Got the wrong part"
I ordered one part and ended up getting something different. Not sure what happened, but maybe it got mixed up in the warehouse or mislabeled before shipping. Either way, it wasn’t what I needed.

I tried ordering a part from dpfdeleteshop.com, but everything I actually needed ended up being out of stock or unavailable. The frustrating part was the website made it seem like some items were available, then once I started checking closer it was a different story. Kind of confusing and a waste of time. I wish they kept the stock info more up to date. I ended up buying from another site

"Parts didn’t fit my truck"
I ordered these parts after double-checking the site to make sure they matched my truck, but they didn’t fit at all (not even close). I reached out to support, but they weren’t really much help, so I ended up wasting extra time trying to sort everything out myself. Frustrating experience overall.

"Not gonna lie, delivery was a bit hit or miss"
Not gonna lie, the delivery was later than I expected, which was kind of frustrating. But it did eventually show up, so at least it got here in the end

Checkout was kind of annoying for me. It failed maybe 2 or 3 times before I finally got it to go through, which was a bit frustrating.

"Refund process was really hit or miss"
My experience was disappointing. I asked for a refund and it turned into a whole back-and-forth with slow replies and a lot of excuses. Maybe ordering from them is hit or miss, but this was definitely a miss for me. I’m still waiting, and it’s been way too long. I wouldn’t order from here again.

"Instructions were a bit hard to follow"
The site was okay overall, but the instructions weren’t super clear to me. I had to reread a few parts more than once, and even then I was still kind of guessing what step came next, which got a little annoying, not gonna lie. It would be better if everything was explained in a simpler, more straightforward way

"Okay for now, but the rust issue is annoying"
It’s held up decently so far, I guess. Most of the parts have lasted alright, but one of the clamps started rusting way sooner than I expected. What’s frustrating is it feels like one of those policy loophole situations where it’s technically not covered or there’s some fine print that makes it your problem. Not the worst purchase, but definitely not great either

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from DPF Delete Shop because I figured it would ship fast , but it ended up taking way longer than I expected . The tracking barely moved , so I kept having to check it myself . By the time the part finally showed up , I was already frustrated . The part might be fine , but the slow shipping made the whole experience disappointing for me

"Took Way Too Long to Get a Reply"
I tried contacting them a few times about my order and just didn’t hear anything back for days. I kept checking my email like, seriously, how long does it take to send a simple update?

When someone finally did reply, it was super short and didn’t even really answer my question. I know businesses get busy, but leaving customers hanging like that is frustrating. I was annoyed by the end and wouldn’t order from them again...

"Communication was a bit hit or miss"
I did end up getting what I needed, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. But the communication was kind of frustrating at times. Replies were a little slow, and I sometimes got different answers depending on who I talked to, which made things more confusing than they needed to be. A couple times I had to ask the same question again just to get a clear response. Everyone was polite enough, but the details weren’t always consistent or very helpful. It worked out in the end, just not as smoothly as I hoped

"I wish I had checked the reviews before..."
I wish I had checked the reviews before buying. I ran into an issue and getting a clear answer from tech support took way longer than I expected. They did respond eventually, but everything felt slow, and I had to explain the same problem more than once. It wasn’t the worst support experience ever, but I definitely expected better after spending money on it.

"Seemed a bit pricey"

"Just didn’t feel worth what I paid"
I wanted to like this more, but for me the prices felt high compared to what I actually ended up getting. I went in expecting the quality to be better, especially for the amount being charged, and I also wish the information had been a lot clearer before I paid. It’s one of those situations where you don’t fully realize until afterward that it just doesn’t feel like a great value. Maybe other people would be fine with it or get more out of it than I did, but personally, I don’t think I’d spend my money here again.

"I just didn’t feel great about..."
I just didn’t feel great about the emissions side of this. It seemed like it could end up being more hassle than it’s worth, that part was weird. I’d rather avoid the risk altogether.

"Install was fine, just took more figuring out than I expected"
I’m giving this 3 stars based on the install. I assumed it would be straightforward when I opened the box, but the instructions were a little too basic for me. I ended up stopping a few times just to double-check what I was looking at.

The fitment was mostly okay, but a couple of the bolts were in annoying spots and one clamp had me messing with it longer than I thought I would. At first I figured I was doing something wrong, but it just needed some extra patience.

If you’ve worked on stuff before, you can probably get it done, but I wouldn’t call it super beginner friendly. Also, don’t just assume it’s fine everywhere like I almost did, check your local rules first.

"Tracking was a mess"
My tracking didnt move for days and then it only showed label created. I reached out by email but never got a straight answer, just vague replies. i wouldnt order from them again.

"Return process got frustrating"
I ordered the parts a few weeks ago, and the parts themselves were fine. The issue came up about a week later when I tried to return one item. The return policy ended up being stricter than I expected and wasn’t super clear to me at the time, so I got stuck paying extra fees and shipping. I did hear back from support after reaching out, but the replies didn’t really help much. If you’re buying from them, I’d definitely take a few minutes to read the return policy really carefully first.
